Cooperative Managed Care Services, LLC (CMCS) was organized in 1996 to provide support services for physician and hospital sponsored organizations who provide and administer health care services.

CMCS is a Third Party Administrator (TPA) and Utilization Review Agent and is jointly owned by St. Vincent Health and St. Francis Hospital and Health Centers in Indianapolis, IN.

CMCS provides operational support services needed to medically manage and pay for health services. CMCS has experience administering HMO capitated contracts, Medicaid risk contracts, specialty product lines as well as traditional TPA services. CMCS currently provides services to 5 hospital delivery systems covering over 100,000 enrollees.

CMCS administrative and care management solutions are tailored to organizations that sponsor their own managed care benefit plans. Business partners include health care provider organizations, employers, and provider networks.
